Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the Sport AI Expert platform, including the website, dashboard, API and all related services (collectively, the 'Service'). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Account registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Subscription plans and billing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or one-time basis depending on the plan selected. The 7-day free trial applies to the Premium plan only and requires a valid payment method. After the trial period your card will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated in our refund policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) resell, redistribute or sublicense predictions or API data without a separate commercial licence; (b) use the Service to build a competing product; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or extract the underlying models; (d) use the Service in violation of any applicable law; (e) transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.
5. API access
API access is available on VIP and Elite Pro plans. You may use the API only for personal or internal business purposes unless you have obtained a commercial licence. Rate limits apply as documented in the API documentation. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access if usage exceeds fair-use thresholds.
6. Disclaimer — no betting advice
The predictions, analyses and recommendations provided by the Service are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment or betting advice. Past model performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information from the Service. Gambling involves risk; never bet more than you can afford to lose.
7. Intellectual property
All content, models, algorithms, software and trademarks on the Service are owned by Sport AI Expert GmbH or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sport AI Expert GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination your access to the Service will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
